Please note, you must have had a minimum of 5 Non-Performing and/or REO’s come to resolution in the past 3 years to view or purchase Non-Performing loans. If you have not, you will not be allowed access to view these assets. Questionnaires are reviewed on a first-come-first-serve basis and one of our trainers will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Users of the NotesDirect.com website fully understand that investments in Performing Notes, Non-Performing Notes, and REO assets is appropriate only for investors who have no need for immediate liquidity in their investments and who have adequate means of providing for their current financial needs, obligations, and contingencies, even if such investment results in a total loss. Investment in Notes and REO assets involves a certain degree of risk and is suitable only for an experienced investor whose real estate and note investment knowledge allows them to fully understand every risk of their investment.

There is no registration fee to register with NotesDirect.com. However, a processing fee of $750 will be added to the purchase price of each asset when purchased. This fee is the same regardless the purchase price of the asset and is assessed on every asset purchased (i.e. buyer purchases 2 assets, the total processing fees will be $1500).
